Find out how to take control over your health by attending a one-hour presentation on Monday, Aug. 5, 7-8 pm, in the Beit Midrash. “Achieving Optimal Health and Keeping it for Life” will be presented by Susie Berg, certified health coach and Sharon resident. She will offer tips and strategies on eating, hydration, sleep and exercise that you will be able to implement right away to improve your health. And if you’re curious how members of our shul have lost well over 1,000 lbs. over the past couple of years, you will learn the secret to this program as well. Open to anyone, regardless of synagogue affiliation.
