High Holidays Seats 2020 / 5781

RESERVE YOUR SEATS FOR THE YOMIM NORAIM 5781 (2020) ASAP!

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW CLOSED.  IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS PLEASE CONTACT office@yisharon.org

Once again, it is time to plan for the Yomim Noraim, and the reopening committee has been hard at work designing our High Holiday services for this year.  Due to COVID-19 precautions, we have a heavily modified schedule, including up to 6 different minyanim, in tents, the sukkah, and the sanctuary.  Even with all the extra minyanim and time slots, we are heavily space limited.  If you want seats, you MUST submit your form by Thursday, September 3rd, 9 AM. After this time, seats will be charged an additional late fee, and seats may not be available.

THIS DEADLINE IS FOR ROSH HASHANAH AND FOR YOM KIPPUR!!

The procedure for making seat reservations for the Yomim Noraim is as follows:

  1. All orders should be submitted via the form below.  To register, you must be logged into the shul's website.  If you do not remember your login, you can enter your email at https://www.yisharon.org/login.php?action=forgot to have a login link emailed to you.  If you need further assistance please contact the shul by email at office@yisharon.org.

  2. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will not be offering childcare this year.

  3. Due to space limitations, we will not be selling seats for guests or non-members.  Seats may be purchased for visiting children and their families but not for other guests

  4. Our seat prices are listed on the order form below. We have a family cap rate at $580 (for both holidays: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur) or $380 (for one holiday: Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur) which is the price for two adults and 4 or more dependent children. Dependents are students. Married children cannot be claimed as dependents. Children must be over the age of ten to register for seats under the family cap.  If you wish to register under the family cap, please contact the shul by email at office@yisharon.org.

  5. You can purchase seats at member prices only if you are considered a member in good standing. “In good standing” means that all dues, annual building fund obligations, and fees are paid in full (or that you are up to date with any payment plan arranged with the financial secretary) for all prior fiscal years in which membership is held.

  6. The prices below reflect a $25 discount per seat. All orders received after the deadline must include an additional $25 charge per seat. If this is not included, it will be put on your shul bill.

  7. All orders must include payment, unless other financial arrangements have been made with the Financial Secretary (Aryeh Feder by email only: financialassistance@yisharon.org).

  8. LATE ORDERS: Due to space constraints, we cannot guarantee space to everyone who wants to daven with us.  Late reservations or incomplete forms may result in seats not being available and/or not at the minyan which you requested. Late orders will be seated WHERE SPACE IS AVAILABLE.  Even if you will be leading part of the service, your form MUST be in on time or your family may not be seated at the same service.

We try to keep the cost of Dues and Yom Tov seats down, and in fact we are very reasonable with our pricing. Please remember that this is a major part of the shul operating budget.  This year, we especially ask you to consider giving extra, if your situation allows, as the shul is expecting to collect less than half the usual amount for seats.

The form below is to be used for ordering your Yom Tov seats. Please be sure to fill in all requested areas completely, as this information is vital to seating everyone comfortably during both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Incomplete forms will not be processed until all requested information is obtained.

Financial issues? Contact Financial Secretary Aryeh Feder by email only: financialassistance@yisharon.org.

Questions? Contact the shul by email at office@yisharon.org.
